Agency One Reserve

The Agency one reserve is shared with Naicatchwenin, Nigigoonsiminikaanmng, Couchiching and Mitaanjigamiing (NANICOST) communities.

This is land east of Fort Frances including the Point Park, School Road area (Rusty Myers, Nanicost, Treaty 3 police, Health Access authority) and the lands between Idywild Drive and Highway 11 east. Most important to us is the Seven Oaks area. This prime development area is under litigation and the First Nations are unable to develop the land until the legal questions are answered by the Court or the parties negotiate a binding settlement.
