Portal Access Registration

To ensure the security of all our Band Members, and information of Couchiching First Nation, registration and verification is a multi step manual process.


  • Step 1 : Fill out and submit ALL required fields in the form below.
  • Step 2 : Your information will be verified by a Couchiching First Nation staff member. If further verification is needed, a staff member will contact you with the information you provided.
  • Step 3 : Once verified, an email with account setup and access instructions will be sent to your provided email address.
  • NOTE : Verification and Email response instructions will take 1-3 Business Days.
